STUDIO POLICIES

We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us at Lauren Abagale Lash. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and create a harmonious environment where our artists can focus on your needs. We welcome you and will work hard to provide a great experience as we hope to become your favorite Lash Extension Studio.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

Client satisfaction is MOST important to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every artist at Lauren Abagale Lash. If, for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Lauren Abagale Lash, we are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care! When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

NO SHOW:

  1. 100% fee of scheduled services

CANCEL W/In 24 HOURS:

  1. complimentary (We know things happen, thanks for letting us now!)
  2. 100% fee of scheduled services

15 minutes late :

  • Your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a “Cancel w/in 24 hour” fee will be applied.

Fee’s must be paid before booking another appointment.

REFUND POLICY

Lauren Abagale Lash does not offer refunds on services. When purchasing services, you are paying for the artist’s time and the supplies used to complete the service. However, our Client Satisfaction policy (above) stands strong!
